OWEB and the Oregon Agricultural Heritage Commission (OAHC) are soliciting letters of interest from eligible entities for the Oregon Agricultural Heritage Program (OAHP) working land conservation covenant and easement program.

Eligible Entities

Letters of interest are being solicited only from entities that are eligible to apply to the OAHP working land conservation covenant and easement program. Eligible entities are organizations defined as “holders” in ORS 271.715, other than state agencies.

Solicitation of Interest Cover Letter and Application

Completed letters must be emailed to nellie.mcadams@oregon.gov by 5:00pm, September 14, 2018.

Overview

OAHP provides voluntary incentives to farmers and ranchers to support practices that maintain or enhance both agriculture and natural resources such as fish and wildlife on agricultural lands.

This "Solicitation of Interest" is not a grant solicitation, and will not result in project funding. The purpose of this solicitation is to document the demand for the working land conservation covenant and easement grant program.
