Electronic Voter Registration System
The Election Division hereby provides notice of a permanent administrative order for OAR 165-005-0160. Prior to the effective date of the administrative rule, the Elections Division held a public hearing and accepted public comments.

RULE SUMMARY: This rule implements House Bill 4133 (2022) by allowing qualified individuals to use the electronic voter registration system to complete and deliver a voter registration electronically using the last four digits of their Social Security number and providing an electronic image of their signature.
