 Good morning,
Thank you for your patience while we deployed the next update to OARD. OARD is back up and running. Here are some need to know items.
You will now be asked if you have an attachment and you will need to select the yes or no button. If your OAR has an attachment, there will be an icon to indicate the attachment is there. This icon should appear in a few places like in the Rules Work Queue and on filing screens. You will also see some language at the top of the rule draft screen letting you know if there was an attachment previously attached to the rule as a reminder.
On Notice of Proposed Rulemaking filings, you will now have to select the check box at the bottom for the authorized signer before you will be able to submit the filing.
Also on the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking filing screen, when you enter the conference ID number in the public hearing field, you should no longer get an error code if there is a space at the end of the number.
Additionally, we have added language to identify temporary rules that are in effect. This will display at the top of the webpage in yellow highlighting. You may need to clear your browsing history or cache files in order for this to display properly for you.
We will be highlighting and reviewing these new requirements at tomorrow's Network meeting.
Thank you and have a great day!
Best,
Anne Friend & Steve Emerson Senior Rules Administrators, Administrative Rules Unit Archives Division, Oregon Secretary of State Rules Desk: 503.373.0701 (option 2) | adminrules.archives@sos.oregon.gov State of Oregon: State Archives - Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs)
