We have filed a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, including the Statement of Need and Fiscal Impact, with the Secretary of State’s Office. This will be published in the Oregon Bulletin on April 1, 2025. We have included a summary of the proposed administrative rule adoptions and amendments at the end of this notice.

Public meetings
We invite you to participate in the below virtual public hearing on the administrative rules listed at the end of this letter. This will be your opportunity to provide verbal feedback on the proposed rule changes.

Removes obsolete language and references. Adds new records series for current records, and updates retention periods for various public records. Moves to new rule numbers due to extensive reorganization.
