Notice of Proposed Rulemaking OAR 162-040-0165
Amends Minimum Standards for Agreed-Upon Procedures (AUP) of Oregon Municipal Corporations
This e-mail message hereby provides notice of administrative rulemaking activity for the Secretary of State Audits Division, Municipal Audits Program, of proposed amendments to OAR 162-040-0165, Minimum Standards for Agreed-Upon Procedures (AUP) of Oregon Municipal Corporations.
AUP engagements were effective in fiscal year 2024. Amending this rule is necessary to provide clarification and make minor adjustments in response to feedback received from municipal corporations and licensed municipal auditors.
