Minimum Standards for Agreed-Upon Procedures (AUPs)
The Municipal Audit Program intends to re-open rulemaking to make necessary revisions to the Minimum Standards for Agreed-Upon Procedures (AUPs) of Oregon Municipal Corporations (OAR 162-040-0165). As the first year of reporting under these new Minimum Standards for AUPs concludes, it’s an ideal time to seek feedback and suggestions from entities and licensed municipal auditors who have participated in these Minimum Standards for AUPs.
If there are areas where clarification or revision may be helpful, we welcome your insights and feedback to refine or clarify these standards. We greatly appreciate your participation and look forward to your feedback.
