Save the Date: The Annual Inauguration Ceremony of the 2025 Oregon Kid Governor January 16th at 11:30 a.m.
 SALEM, OR - Rosie Lanenga, a fifth grader at Riverdale Grade School, will be sworn in as Oregon’s Kid Governor on January 16th at 11:30 a.m. PST.

Rosie was elected by Oregon fifth graders from across the state and will focus on her platform addressing climate change. Her three-point plan includes:
- Act in your home
- Class meetings
- Taking time to share your knowledge

The other six finalists for Oregon Kid Governor will serve at the Oregon Kid Governor’s cabinet members. They will also be sworn in at the ceremony.
