Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, OAR 162-010
This e-mail message hereby provides the notice of administrative rulemaking activity for the Secretary of State Audits Division, Municipal Audit Program amendments to OAR 162-010 Minimum Standards for Audits of Oregon Municipal Corporations.
Legislative amendments enacted during the 2023 Legislative session made several revisions to Municipal Audit Law (ORS 297.405 to 297.990). These amendments align with those revisions.
The Notice of Proposed Rulemaking including Statement of Need and Fiscal Impact and Proposed Rules (new language underlined in bold, deleted language has a line through it) is available on our website.
