Pursuant to ORS 250.125, a five-member Financial Estimate Committee (FEC), composed of the Secretary of State, State Treasurer, Director of the Department of Revenue, Director of the Department of Administrative Services, and a local government representative must prepare an estimate of the financial impact of each measure to be voted on in statewide elections. Once completed, the financial estimate statement will be printed in the Voters’ Pamphlet and on the ballot.
The committee is not required to take public testimony. Currently scheduled committee meetings are listed below. Additional information will be publicized on the Secretary of State's website when information is available. The schedule is as follows:

The meeting will be held in Oregon Legislature room H-170. There will be a virtual option to attend as well.
