You can help improve the Oregon Corporation Division

Dear Valued Customers,

When I started as director of the Oregon Corporation Division two years ago, I heard from many of you that we needed to make some changes. Our team has received your calls and emails. I take your feedback seriously and will act on it.

Yesterday I went to the State Legislature and asked them to invest in a new vision for the Division. Imagine a division that operates at the speed of business. One where technology and automation allow you to access the information you need from anywhere using a cellphone or laptop at your convenience. Imagine faster response times through online, on demand access to the services we provide. Imagine doing business in the language you’re comfortable with.

These things are all possible if Legislators approve our agency budget request.

You can share your experience and provide feedback to the Legislature by submitting testimony online with your experience of what needs improvement and investment to better serve you. It’s three easy steps to have your voice heard.

1. Write a brief message asking Legislators to approve the “Oregon Corporation Division’s budget request."

3. Select HB 5035. This will bring up a form where you can enter your information, paste your testimony or upload a PDF.
