Changes to Webinar Registration and the New Webinar Schedule
Hello Notaries:
We want to let you know about an exciting new development: registration for training webinars has been moved to the new Workday platform. You will now use your account in Workday to access both the self-paced online training, and webinars. When in-person trainings return, they will be listed with the other trainings on our training page, here: https://sos.oregon.gov/business/Pages/notary-training.aspx. You will click on the training format (e.g, instructor-led webinar) to be taken to the schedule for trainings.
Don’t worry, there is a link for instructions on how to set up a Workday account if you don’t already have one, and how to register for a training. You do not have to be a state employee to use Workday; trainings are open to all. If you experience technical difficulties, please reach out to the Notary team at NotarySeminar.SOS@sos.oregon.gov, NOT to Workday help or to Workday representatives at the Secretary of State, they will not be able to help you.
