On September 10th we notified you that we had published a municipal audit newsletter. That newsletter includes a link to the AICPA's Practice Aid for Applying Special Purpose Frameworks in State and Local Governmental Financial Statements.
The AICPA has since moved the location of this resource to their Government Audit Quality Center resources page; it can be found here. You do not need to be a member to access or download the practice aid.
