The Secretary of State’s office has just launched OARD for filing to all state agencies. It is now open to all agencies for filing rules. Notable benefits:

- Easier deadline day, it is now the last day of the month.
- Easy retrieval of your receipt copy right from your dashboard anytime you need it.
- We send your tracked changes over to Legislative Counsel.
- There’s no delay – everything’s in real time. Find filings as soon as they are published.
