Lusted Road (between Hosner Road and Altman Road) July 26 & August 2: Flagged two-way traffic on part of Saturday while crews complete testing for new Pleasant Home Water District water lines.

Dodge Park Boulevard (west of Cottrell Road) July 26-Aug. 31 Flagged two-way traffic Monday through Saturday, (not including Sundays) to clear the public right-of-way on the south side of Dodge Park Boulevard.

Lusted Road and Altman Road intersection July 28: Flagged two-way traffic for part of Monday while crews complete testing for new Pleasant Home Water District water lines

Lusted Road near the County line July 28-August 31: Flagged two-way traffic Monday 7/28, 7am-6pm; all day and night July 29-August 1; intermittently throughout August 7am-6pm Monday-Saturdays (not including Sundays)

Dodge Park Boulevard (East of Cottrell Road) July 31-Aug. 31: Flagged two-way traffic Monday through Saturday, not including Sundays to set barrier and clear right-of-way on the south side of Dodge Park Boulevard.
What to expect:
- Flaggers and temporary traffic controls to direct traffic
- Local and emergency access will be maintained
- Normal traffic flow outside shift hours
Other work happening the week of July 28
Staff will be at the project work sites during shift hours to perform various tasks. Work hours will be between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
Filtration facility site activities include:

Off-hauling clean soils to permitted locations using approved haul routes

Delivering equipment and materials to the site

Remobilizing construction equipment
- Installing concrete formwork, piping, and utilities on site
- Ongoing stormwater management and erosion control
- As needed street sweeping
- Ongoing 24/7 site security
Finished water pipeline site activities include:
- Clearing remaining material from public right-of-way along south side of Dodge Park Boulevard from Cottrell Road to where the finished water pipeline crosses Dodge Park Boulevard (about half-way between Cottrell and Altman roads)
- Remobilizing construction equipment
- Ongoing stormwater management and erosion control

Raw water tunnel/pipeline site activities include:
- Remobilizing construction equipment
- Ongoing stormwater management and erosion control
What’s coming up
- Single-lane closure on Altman Road between Pipeline Road and Lusted Road — estimated start August after Lusted Road work is complete

The Bull Run Filtration Project will remove Cryptosporidium and other contaminants from the Bull Run water supply, producing cleaner, safer water for the one million people who use our water now and for future generations. The project is required by the federal Safe Drinking Water Act and must be in operation by September 30, 2027, through a bilateral compliance agreement with the Oregon Health Authority.
