122nd Avenue Plan: Draft Plan Now Available for Review and Public Comment

Since 2018, the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) has been developing a comprehensive plan for how to improve safety, access, and transit along 122nd Avenue between NE Marine Drive and SE Foster Road. A draft plan is now available for review.
You can find the plan draft on the project website, and there is also an opportunity to provide comments and feedback through an online survey. The survey will close July 22nd.
The feedback received will be recorded and considered by staff in the development of a final proposed draft plan.

122nd Avenue Redesign - Remember to Take the Survey and Share Your Thoughts
We also want to remind you that a survey about changes to 122nd between SE Foster Road and SE Powell Boulevard will close tomorrow, Friday, June 17th. If you haven't already, we encourage you to share your thoughts.
Thanks to Fixing Our Streets funding, 122nd Avenue between SE Foster Road and SE Holgate Boulevard is planned for resurfacing in the next few years. PBOT plans to use this project to reduce the number of vehicle lanes between SE Foster Road and SE Powell Boulevard to provide better bicycle facilities, slow vehicle speeds, add crossings, and improve safety and comfort for all road users.
While all design options will reduce the number of vehicle lanes from two to one in each direction, we seek your input to help determine which features should be prioritized in the redesigned roadway. We invite you to take the survey, and visit the project website to learn more about the project. This reconfiguration project is currently anticipated to be constructed in 2024.
