(Sept. 20, 2018) – The City of Portland Bureau of Transportation advises the traveling public that SE 50th Avenue will be closed to traffic for street improvements from SE Division Street to SE Hawthorne Blvd starting at 10:00 p.m. Thursday, September 20 to 6:00 a.m. Monday, September 24 during all hours, all days.

The lane closures will allow crews to complete work on the street as part of the Fixing Our Streets SE 50th Avenue Paving Project.

During the closure, local access for residents and businesses will be maintained.

The traveling public is advised to expect delays while repairs are being made. We ask the public to travel cautiously, observe all lane closures and directions by reader boards and flaggers, and use alternate routes if possible.
