Traffic Advisory: Street improvements to close lanes on NE 102nd Ave, from NE Halsey St to NE Sandy Blvd,
May 4-11
(May 3, 2018) – The City of Portland Bureau of Transportation advises the traveling public that street maintenance will require lane closures on NE 102nd Ave, from NE Halsey St to NE Sandy Blvd, starting Friday May 4, through Friday, May 11., from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day, excluding weekends.
At least one lane will be open to travel in each direction at all times.
Lane closures are only in effect during project work hours, Monday through Friday. Access will be maintained for businesses and residents. This crack sealing project will help prevent water from penetrating the road surface, preserving approximately 7.82 lane miles of pavement.
The traveling public is advised to expect delays during work hours. We ask the public to travel cautiously, observe all lane closures and directions by reader boards and flaggers, and use alternate routes if possible.
This work is weather-dependent and the schedule may change.
