How satisfied are you with employer services and resources?
The annual PERS Employer Satisfaction Survey is your chance to anonymously rate the employer help you receive from PERS.
The survey takes about five minutes to rate PERS on topics such as:
- The service you receive from the Employer Service Center.
- The helpfulness of resources including the monthly newsletter, employer guides, and the Employers website.
- Help with difficult topics, such as reporting average overtime at hire, earning service credit, or calculating unused sick leave at termination.
PLUS there are opportunities tell us what you like and what could be better.
