Share PERS Expo news with your employees to help them understand their retirement benefits
By participating in the Oregon Public Employees Retirement System (PERS), you are providing your qualifying employees with a more comfortable retirement. To make the most of their future retirement benefits, your employees need to understand how a PERS retirement works.
Once a year, PERS holds an event to help PERS members understand their future retirement benefits. To spread the word about PERS Expo, we are providing the article and graphic below for you to use in your internal communications and share with your staff.

You are invited to attend PERS Expo and learn more about the pension and other retirement benefits that can help you reach your retirement goals. The annual expo is an event for PERS members at any stage in their careers.
This year’s expo will be presented online October 1.
You'll have access to interactive and on-demand content, including live educational speakers, videos, and to-do lists.
Expo resources will help you answer questions such as:

- When do I need to check in with PERS?
