Information on NO SALES TO MINORS

The Oregon Department of Agriculture, the Oregon Health Authority and the Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC) have produced guidance on the sale of consumable hemp products for all Oregon retailers regarding. These products can no longer be sold to anyone 21 years of age or younger, if they contain any intoxicating ingredients.

You are receiving this notice because you may manufacture, test, or sell consumable hemp items in general commerce. This notice does not apply to products manufactured, tested and sold in an OLCC licensed marijuana retail store. The guidance only applies to hemp-based consumable items outside of the licensed system.
