As part of the Downtown 2040 Plan, we're evaluating expanding the downtown boundary into a new downtown zone that can be designated as a Climate Friendly Area (CFA) - a state requirement to identify neighborhoods that can accommodate a mix of uses to serve residents.
Downtowns are a natural fit for this designation, and Medford’s already meets many of the standards. We would like your feedback on the suggested options at an Open House or online!

Medford City Council meetings take place on the first & third Wednesday of each month at 6 p.m., with Study Sessions on the second Wednesday at 6 p.m.
