Friends,

This was truly a frustrating week. House Republicans tried to respond to national tragedy with action, but were thwarted by the Democrats. On Wednesday, March 29, House Republicans tried to pull several critical school bills out of committee, but the Democrats voted against them all in lockstep. They toed the line. They made the active decision to put partisan politics above the safety of our children.

It was heartbreaking to see.
