The Season to Give Thanks to One and All

Although there are uncertainties, there is much to be thankful for. My hope is that the rest of this week brings you Blessings of the company of your family, friends and neighbors. That it brings you peace, reflection and hope for a better tomorrow. That it brings you, your family and your neighbors love, happiness and safety to and from your destinations.
Some Recent Work on Everything Energy

I recently finished and graduated from the intense and in-depth work of the Legislative Energy Horizon Institute, in partnership with the University of Idaho and the Pacific NorthWest Economic Region, to which I am a member. It was a fascinating opportunity over several months to take a deep dive into everything energy related and to collaborate with other legislators across the US and Canada. I look forward growing our coordination and legislative relationships around energy and transmission, as well as putting these relationships and knowledge to work into the legislative process to come.
I took an opportunity after class all day to take an evening tour. It was a cold and beautiful evening and a great tour.

I also want to thank the citizens of House district 01 for your overwhelming support.
It is a privilege to work for you in the Oregon House of Representatives and I am honored to carry your voice to the Oregon Legislature.
The Oregon House Republicans gained two seats overall, thereby breaking the democrats supermajority. We also had a number of races where we were just a few hundred votes away from claiming as well, which reaffirms how important every voice is through their vote.
I am grateful for the opportunity to continue to serve you in the coming two years.
