Great news from Salem today. HB 4079, Oregon's first sales tax, will not move forward and is effectively dead. Due to strong opposition Chair Anna Williams (D-Hood River) suddenly took the bill off the agenda just hours prior to the 1:00pm hearing time.

The only explanation is you.

You spoke up. You said no. You made the difference.

Thank you for your willingness to push back, to say No and to say enough to more and more taxation.
