Klamath County Fairgrounds has opened Exhibit Hall 2 and is distributing donations of food, water, hygiene items, sanitary items to any affected by the fires. There are still some stalls and RV sites with hookups and plenty without.

Bald Peak Fire in Newberg

All fires being responded to at this time are uncontained. Basic priorities are evacuation and life safety.

These are unprecedented events and something we haven’t seen in our lifetimes. Still, the outpour of support we have seen from our communities is incredible. Jackson County Expo has received more food in donations than they can store, and Klamath County is overflowing as well. Our firefighters continue to hold their fire lines and have saved countless lives and homes in the process.
