Lourdes Herencia Carrasco tells Mayor Pace about Adelante Mujeres’s ongoing work in Hillsboro to support community and small businesses deeply impacted by federal immigration enforcement.
This City of Hillsboro program will help stabilize and retain small businesses in our community — especially those seeing a reduction in customer base resulting from ICE activity or experiencing economic instability.
Grants of up to $10,000 will be awarded. A total of $200,000 is available.
The Portland Thorns & Fire joint training facility in Hillsboro will be called the Kaiser Permanente Performance Center.
Scheduled to open this year, the first-of-its-kind complex is under construction at the corner of NE Aloclek Drive and NE Evergreen Parkway in Hillsboro.
