Don't Lose Personal Leave & Excess Vacation
Excess Vacation Hours
For employees who can accrue vacation hours over your established maximum limit, any excess vacation leave will be forfeited on January 1.
Please visit Employee Self Service and follow the Time Off tab on the left to compare your Maximum Allowed and Currently Available vacation hours.

Schedule a Biometric Health Screening
Biometric Health Screenings by Quest Diagnostics® are available to all City employees and also to spouses who are covered by a City insurance plan.
Results provide powerful insights into your health risks that you may not currently recognize.
- December 5, 9 am to 1:30 pm at the Main Police Station
- December 8, 9 am to 1:30 pm at the Civic Center
- December 15, 9 am to 1:30 pm at Brookwood Library

Screening costs are covered for Cigna members, Kaiser members, and non-covered employees. The City will receive a list of participants, but will not receive personal health information.

 Required Training for Off-Site Conferences & Events
Conduct at Off-Site Events: Respectful Workplace Expectations
Employees are expected to complete the 30-minute training prior to attending events and conferences and repeat the training once per year.
