PARTICIPATING IN OREGONSERVES PUBLIC MEETINGS
Meetings of the OregonServes Commission are open to the public and will conform to Oregon public meeting laws. In addition to this email notification, meetings are posted on our website and on the Oregon Transparency site here.
OregonServes welcomes public comment. To sign up for spoken public comment, submit a written public comment, or ask questions about a meeting, complete our public comment form. Staff requests written comment be emailed 12 hours in advance of the meeting. All written comments received become part of the public record and will be shared publicly in meeting materials. Persons making presentations should contact us 24 hours prior to the meeting to make arrangements for necessary equipment.
OregonServes is committed to accessible services for all. Please send requests for alternative formats or accommodations for individuals with disabilities to the meeting administrator at least 48 hours in advance if possible. Requests can be made by submitting an accommodation request online or by email.
