GED Ready® Price Update and Exciting Enhancements
For the past four years, the GED Ready® practice test has remained a steady and affordable resource for learners preparing for the GED® test. As the only official practice test, it delivers personalized, detailed study plans that help learners zero in on the skills they need to strengthen most to pass the GED®.
On March 3rd, the price of the GED Ready® increased from $6.99 to $7.99 in the GED Marketplace. This small increase supports continued improvements—like new interactive tools, online videos, and expanded data insights—to make the GED Ready® experience even more effective.
Update on GED® Credential Pricing in Oregon
Effective Immediately: Oregon GED® graduates will see a small update in credential pricing. While the first digital credential will still be emailed free of charge, new rates will apply to printed and duplicate copies.
-
Initial printed copy: $10 + shipping
-
Duplicate printed or e-copy: $18 + shipping (for print), or $18 flat (for e-copy)
This change helps support ongoing processing and delivery services while keeping access to essential documents affordable and flexible for graduates.

Eligible Class of 2025 Students Awarded Oregon Promise: March 1, 2025 - June 30, 2025 Graduates
Oregon Promise awarding has begun for Class of 2025 applicants. There is a tentative Student Aid Index (SAI) limit of 18,000 for new applicants (Class of 2025) -- this means eligible students below the SAI limit will be awarded. Students who have an SAI at or above 18,000 are in a PENDING status. In July 2025, a final decision will be made if the SAI limit will be adjusted or finalized, based on total applicants and available funds. Most students must apply by JUNE 1.
