Congratulations to our Grantees!
The ASPIRE capacity-building grants have been awarded to 18 exceptional community-based organizations, colleges, and universities. These grant recipients are taking bold steps to enhance career and college preparation by expanding essential resources, offering transition activities, and supporting FAFSA/ORSAA completion. They’re also raising awareness of career and college opportunities, developing staff training, and building initiatives and systems that prioritize equitable access for underserved populations. By partnering with OSAC, these organizations will foster a culture of FAFSA and ORSAA completion, empower students to apply for grants and scholarships, and ensure resources are accessible to all.

Deadlines Approaching!
February 18, Early Bird Deadline: To qualify, applicants must hit the SUBMIT button by Tuesday, February 18 at 11:59pm. They will be entered into a drawing for one of several $1,000 Early Bird Scholarships.
March 3, FINAL DEADLINE: Scholarship applications must be submitted by Monday, March 3 at 11:59pm.
Tips for Success
-
Submit all required transcripts. Official and unofficial transcripts are accepted. The transcript must include the student’s full name, school name, and all completed coursework. Learn more: Transcripts | Oregon Student Aid
-
Save more scholarships in Section 2. The more scholarships a student saves, the greater their chances of being awarded money. All applicants can add more scholarships in this section until March 3. Explore the OSAC Scholarship Catalog to find scholarships that are a good fit.
-
High School Seniors: OSAC highly recommends that seniors check this option in Section 3 (if available): “I will request my high school registrar to provide my transcript.” Then students can complete all other application sections and hit the Submit button. The high school registrar can upload their transcript later.
-
High School Registrars: Log in to the OSAC Partner Portal to upload transcripts for Class of 2025 applicants. OSAC encourages high school staff to upload all transcripts by March 14. If you have login issues or need to request an account, contact PartnerPortalSupport@hecc.oregon.gov.
