Meetings of the Higher Education Coordinating Commission (HECC) administrative rules hearings are open to the public and will conform to Oregon public meeting laws.

Updated transcript standards for authorized schools in Oregon per ORS 350.210

Updated transcript withholding rules for Private Career Schools per ORS 350.210

Rules Summary: 

OAR 583-030-0035: This rule outlines required standards for private postsecondary schools offering degree programs from or within Oregon. It includes specific provisions related to student transcripts and credentials.

OAR 715-045-0018: This rule outlines rules for recordkeeping at Private Career Schools (PCS). It includes specific provisions related to student transcripts.
