Meetings of the Higher Education Coordinating Commission (HECC) administrative rules hearings are open to the public and will conform to Oregon public meeting laws.

Rules Summary:
575-076-0005 Purpose and Scope: This Rule establishes the purpose and scope of the ASPIRE program. The change adds career pathways to education and training.
575-076-0010 Definitions: This Rule lists definitions of terms used throughout this division. Added definitions include the definition for Community Based Organization and expands the definition of Partnership grants and how they would apply to Community Based Organizations

This public rules hearing will be conducted as a hybrid meeting, both in person and remotely. As the presiding officer of the hearing, Guthrie Stafford will ask for each public participant to state their name, address, and affiliation.
