Meetings of the Higher Education Coordinating Commission (HECC) administrative rules hearings are open to the public and will conform to Oregon public meeting laws.

Rules Summary:
715-013-0030 - This new rule will codify existing HECC practice related to reviews of resident undergraduate tuition increases of more than 5% under ORS 352.102.

This public rules hearing will be conducted in person and by teleconference. As the presiding officer of the hearing, Guthrie Stafford will ask for each public participant to state their name, address, and affiliation.
