Meetings of the Higher Education Coordinating Commission (HECC) administrative rules hearings are open to the public and will conform to Oregon public meeting laws.

Rules Summary:
715-013-0040 - This rule determines weighting factors and distribution principles for the Student Success and Completion Model (SSCM). The SSCM is the method by which the state of Oregon distributes the Public University Support Fund (PUSF).
