Meetings of the Higher Education Coordinating Commission (HECC) administrative rules hearings are open to the public and will conform to Oregon public meeting laws.

Technical Adjustments to the Student Success and Completion Model

Rules Summary: 

715-013-0040 This rule governs the weighting factors within the Student Success and Completion Model (SSCM).  This update is necessary to fix technical issues with some of these factors.

This public rules hearing will be conducted in person and by teleconference.  As the presiding officer of the hearing, Guthrie Stafford will ask for each public participant to state their name, address, and affiliation. Please email scanned copies of any written materials to be submitted related to the rules for the meeting and for the record. Please also send hardcopy written materials to the address above.
