PARTICIPATING IN TRANSFER COUNCIL CCN SUBCOMMITTEE PUBLIC MEETINGS
Meetings of the Transfer Council CCN Subcommittee are open to the public and will conform to Oregon public meeting laws. In addition to this email notification, meetings are posted on our website and on the Oregon Transparency site here.
The HECC welcomes public comment. To sign up for spoken public comment, submit written comment, or ask questions about the meeting, email the Meeting Administrator : Jane.Denison-Furness@hecc.oregon.gov. All written comments received become part of the public record and will be shared publicly in meeting materials. Persons making presentations should contact us 24 hours prior to the meeting to make arrangements for necessary equipment.

ABOUT THE TRANSFER COUNCIL
Established under Senate Bill 233 (2021), the Transfer Council is charged with developing recommendations on a common course numbering system and Major Transfer Maps, and to address other credit transfer-related concerns. Senate Bill 233 requires the HECC to establish, by rule, a common course numbering system and system of transfer and articulation, based on recommendations from the Transfer Council.
