PARTICIPATING IN ENGLISH MTM PUBLIC MEETINGS
Meetings of the English MTM are open to the public and will conform to Oregon public meeting laws. In addition to this email notification, meetings are posted on our website and on the Oregon Transparency site here.
The HECC welcomes public comment. To sign up for spoken public comment, submit written comment, or ask questions about the meeting, email the Meeting Administrator transfercouncil@hecc.oregon.gov. All written comments received become part of the public record and will be shared publicly in meeting materials. Persons making presentations should contact us 24 hours prior to the meeting to make arrangements for necessary equipment.
