The September 2026 Public Comment Period for Oregon Psilocybin Services proposed rules is now open. The proposed rules include significant increases to all fees and elimination of reduced fees.

To share your feedback, please participate in the 21-day public comment period beginning today, September 1, 2026, and running through September 21, 2026 (closing at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time).

During the public comment period, you can e-mail your comments in writing to: publichealth.rules@odhsoha.oregon.gov.

You can also share your comments by participating in one of two virtual public hearings:

Although it is not required, if you plan to provide a comment during a public hearing we invite you to use the virtual sign-up sheets to sign-up in advance.

OPS welcomes all participants. Spanish interpretation, American Sign Language interpretation, and live transcript / CART captioning services will be provided at the hearings. Every effort will be made to provide services to requests received at least 48 hours in advance, however submitting your request as ​early as ​possible is greatly appreciated.​
