 July 2026
Summer is in full swing, and so is ROADS! This month's Navigator brings updates, training opportunities, and resources to keep you moving forward.
As of July 1, ROADS Portal data submission for Behavioral Health Resource Network (BHRN) providers officially began, and we want to give a big thank you to all the BHRN providers who attended our portal trainings, asked great questions, and began their journey in ROADS. We know the transition takes real effort, and we see it. If you're still finding your footing, we're here with resources and support.
As always, if questions come up, please reach out! We’re here to help.
- The ROADS Team
Portal Providers The deadline to begin submitting data via the ROADS portal was July 1, 2026. If your organization was not be able to submit by July 1, please contact your Grant Administrator.
EDI Providers EDI providers have until November 1, 2026 to complete EHR configuration. Once your system is ready, you are welcome to begin reporting early. No need to wait until November.

Once you complete our User Request Form, users are assigned login credentials, including a P# (Partner Number) and a UPN (state-assigned email). After the form is submitted and executed, you'll receive three emails: two from OIS ID Access Management, and one Microsoft automated email from the ROADS Team with detailed instructions on MFA setup and logging into ROADS for the first time.
📭 Didn't receive your credentials? If it's been more than 8-10 business days, check your junk or spam folder first, as inbox settings sometimes route these emails there. Requests are processed in the order they're received, and unfortunately there's no way to expedite the process. The ROADS Team relies on our Service Desk to generate credentials, so we're not able to create them directly.
📧 A note on the OIS emails The OIS ID Access Management emails include temporary passwords and a welcome message. These passwords aren't used to log into ROADS. They're generated as identifiers and expire quickly, so don't worry if yours doesn't work. This won't prevent you from configuring MFA. The most important steps for accessing ROADS will be in the Microsoft automated email from the ROADS Team.
📲 MFA setup is required MFA must be configured by calling the Service Desk, this is currently the only available method for setup.
➡️ Please wait until you've received all three emails before calling the Service Desk. If you call before your credentials are fully assigned, the Service Desk won't have a record of you yet and won't be able to help, which just means an extra call later. Once you have all three emails in hand, you're all set to reach out to them for MFA setup at 503-945-5623.

The User Request Form is your go-to resource for both onboarding new staff and offboarding those who have left your agency. Promptly disabling users who are no longer with your agency is essential. It protects clients' protected health information (PHI) and ensures we maintain accurate, up-to-date records for your agency.
We understand that your time is valuable and that waiting on hold can be inconvenient. If you need to call the Service Desk, we’ve been advised that these times typically have shorter hold times:
- Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday afternoons
We appreciate your patience and hope these recommended windows help you reach support more quickly.

Oregon state policy requires all users to update their passwords every 60 days. You'll receive a prompt when it's time, but we recommend setting a calendar reminder, so you're never caught off guard. If you have Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) set up, you can reset your password anytime via the: Self Service Password Reset
