Invitation for Public Comment on Oregon Administrative Rules

The Oregon Health Authority (OHA), Public Health Division has received a petition to amend OAR 333-333-3010, Psilocybin Training Program Curriculum Approval Process.

The public comment period for this petition runs from July 30 to August 29, 2026 and it is separate from Oregon Psilocybin Service’s larger annual rulemaking. Rules Advisory Committees met to discuss the proposed rules for the annual rulemaking earlier this month and the public comment for those rules will take place in September.
