As June wraps up and July comes into view, ROADS keeps moving forward right along with it. We hope you’re settling in and getting comfortable with the upgrades from Major Release 3. Inside this month’s Navigator, you will find updates, training opportunities, and resources to support your journey into summer.

Portal Providers The deadline for submitting data via the ROADS portal is July 1, 2026 (that's tomorrow)! If your organization will not be able to submit by July 1, please contact your Grant Administrator.
EDI Providers EDI providers have until November 1, 2026 to complete EHR configuration. Once your system is ready, you are welcome to begin reporting early. No need to wait until November.
BHRN Portal trainings are running throughout July, and there's still time to join. Register for an upcoming training using the links below:

If you have received your log-in credentials but have not yet contacted the Service Desk to configure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), you will not be able to access the ROADS Portal or the ROADS Train Environment for upcoming webinars.
Calling the Service Desk at 503-945-5623 is the only way to complete this required step. The ROADS Team is unable to configure MFA on your behalf. If you still need to do this, please reach out as soon as possible.
Updates for Our Providers Using Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
We've finalized the service elements included in EDI Version 2. If none of the elements below apply to your program, use 99 - N/A. Remaining service elements will be addressed in EDI Version 3.

As of the April 27 Major Release, the system now enforces real-time validation of a Client Medicaid ID against the Medicaid system. Default or placeholder Client Medicaid IDs will no longer be permitted.
Because this change applies systemwide, V1 and V2 users alike may see an increase in validation errors if incorrect or unverified IDs are entered.
User Request Form
The User Request Form is your go-to resource for both onboarding new staff and offboarding those who have left your agency. Promptly disabling users who are no longer with your agency is essential. It protects clients' protected health information (PHI) and ensures we maintain accurate, up-to-date records for your agency.

Oregon state policy requires all users to update their passwords every 60 days. You'll receive a prompt when it's time, but we recommend setting a calendar reminder, so you're never caught off guard. If you have Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) set up, you can reset your password anytime via the: Self Service Password Reset
