OPS 2026 Q1 Data Now Available
The first quarter (Q1) of 2026 data is now available on the Oregon Psilocybin Services (OPS) Data Dashboard. The OPS Data Dashboard includes pages on licensing, compliance, safety, product and sales, applicant/licensee demographics and client demographics. You can also download the current data file and access the data archive.
2026 Data Collection Updates
OPS updated the 303 Client Data Form in 2026 to comply with HB 2387 which amends ORS 475A to require the collection of 'veteran status' of clients. Beginning in 2026, service centers are required to report the number of clients who "opted-out" of having their 303 data reported to OPS. The 303 Client Data Form and 303 Applicant and Licensee REAL & SOGI form were updated to include new categories in the racial and ethnic identity questions to reflect the REALD and SOGI Demographic Data Collection Standards developed by the OHA Equity and Inclusion Division. Small updates were also made to preferred spoken and written language questions.
