Getting Ready for the Rural Health Transformation Program Catalyst Awards
Rural organizations across Oregon will soon have an opportunity to apply for funding through the Rural Health Transformation Program’s Catalyst Awards.
The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) will soon open the Catalyst Award Request for Grant Proposals (RFGPs) as part of Oregon’s Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP). These grants will support projects that strengthen rural health systems and expand access to care for rural communities across Oregon.
Organizations interested in applying are encouraged to begin preparing now.
Steps organizations can take now:
-
Start identifying potential project ideas that support rural health system improvements
-
Explore partnerships with rural healthcare providers or community organizations
-
Ensure your organization is registered in OregonBuys, the State of Oregon’s procurement system used to do business with the State of Oregon
To help organizations prepare, OHA will host an informational webinar on March 25 from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM PST.
Participants will also have the opportunity to submit questions in advance when registering, which will be addressed during the webinar.
Additional information about the RFGP and application process will be shared as materials become available.
