OPS Temporary Rule Now Permanent

Today, OHA adopted rules amending OAR 333-333-4300 to clarify that an authorized temporary use of a licensed service center may only occur between the hours of 6:00 AM and 11:59 PM local time. This rule was already in place as a temporary rule, effective August 29, 2025. As of today, this rule is now permanent.
