The December 2025 Public Comment Period for proposed changes to Administrative Rule section 333-333-4300 is now open.
We are now accepting public comment on the proposed rules from December 1 – December 21, 2025 (closing at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time).
During the public comment period, you can e-mail your comments in writing to: publichealth.rules@odhsoha.oregon.gov.
You can also share your comments by participating in the virtual public hearing scheduled for Tuesday, December 16, 2025:
