On October 24, 2025, Oregon Psilocybin Services (OPS) adopted new and updated administrative rules.

Today, OPS posted a Letter to The Public that highlights frequent themes and how they have been addressed in the rules. You can also view a PDF version of the amended Rules with Tracked Changes. These rules become effective January 1, 2026.
