The September 2025 Public Comment Period for Oregon Psilocybin Services proposed rules is now open. You can find the proposed rules posted on the OPS Administrative Rules page.
We want to hear from you!
We are accepting your comments on the proposed rules from September 2 – September 22, 2025 (closing at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time). During the public comment period, you can provide your comments in writing and by e-mailing: publichealth.rules@odhsoha.oregon.gov.
You can also share your comments by participating in one of two virtual public hearings. Although it is not required, if you plan to provide a comment during a public hearing we invite you to use the virtual sign-up sheets provided below:

We expect to have time for all participants to share their comments, regardless of whether they sign-up in advance. OPS welcomes all participants. Spanish interpretation, American Sign Language interpretation, and live transcript / CART captioning services will be provided at the hearings.
