Thanks to all who participated in our annual Public Listening Sessions in June. The listening sessions were recorded and can be found on the OPS 2025 Public Listening Sessions webpage in English, Spanish and American Sign Language (ASL).

The listening sessions were an opportunity for members of the public to provide feedback on the ongoing administration of the Oregon Psilocybin Services Act (ORS 475A). The OPS team compiled and summarized themes and questions in a recently published Summary of Themes, Questions and Answers.

We hope many of you will join us again during the public comment period scheduled for September 2-22, 2025. You can learn more about the OPS rulemaking process on the OPS Administrative Rules webpage.
