 June 2025
To support the ongoing transition to the new ROADS system, the Oregon Health Authority is making a temporary adjustment to MCIS/MRSS data submissions for the second half of 2025.
Beginning July 2025 (Quarter 3): MCIS and MRSS providers will need to submit data directly to OHA using the same spreadsheet format previously submitted to OHSU.
This shift ensures uninterrupted data flow as we fully implement the ROADS system.
If you have any questions or need support, please reach out — we’re here to help!

It’s been just over three months since ROADS officially launched, and we continue to be grateful for your partnership as we navigate this transition together. Your input and adaptability are helping shape a stronger, more effective system for everyone.
Refreshed Training Options to Meet Your Needs
As we move into the next phase of ROADS support, we’ve adjusted our training offerings to better align with provider needs. What was previously offered as a single Introduction to ROADS + Portal training session is now being split into two separate webinars:
-
Introduction to ROADS covers the big-picture overview. These sessions include time for questions and are a great starting point for anyone new to ROADS.
-
ROADS Portal Training offers hands-on system support and live demos to help users feel confident navigating and submitting in the Portal.
You’ll find both sessions on the calendar for July, and registration details are listed below.
ROADS Monthly Checkpoint—First Wednesdays, Every Month
We’ve also continued our monthly webinars under the name ROADS Monthly Checkpoint. These sessions alternate each month between Portal-focused topics and EDI-focused topics.
The next session takes place on Wednesday, July 2 at 9 AM and will focus on EDI users. As always, these checkpoints offer timely updates, practical tips, and a chance to get your questions answered.

Wednesday, July 2nd | 9:00 - 10:00 AM
|
Previously known as the MOTS CE Webinars, the ROADS Monthly Checkpoint keeps EDI users informed with the latest updates, key changes, and important timelines.
