OHA - Medical Assistance Program Emergency Rule Notice

This email message provides notice from the Oregon Health Authority that the Medicaid Division is temporarily amending and adopting administrative rules.

 

It is the Authority's intention to begin the process to make these rules permanent.

 

The emergency rulemaking notice includes:

2. The Statement of Need and Justification

3. The Adopted Rule(s)
